SSRS Multivalue parameter blank issue

Hi,

I am working on a SSRS report having 5 parameters

1:- Parameter A -- Main

2:- Parameter B :- Cascading on Parameter A -

3:-Parameter C :- Cascading on Parameter A

 (Parameter B and C are independent of each other )

4:-Parameter D,  and E  ( independent of any other parameters )

All are multivalued parameters

Requirement is tablix should show the data based on

 Parameter A ,D, E  (mandatory ), Parameter B,C can be blank  .. If user selects any value out of B and C  then the tablix dataset should include in where clause else no..

The issue I am facing is , if the parameter B  is not listing anything  ( based on parameter B ), then if I click on view report, tablix is not returning any data.

It has nothing to do with my dataset query as even if In my dataset query ( I comment all parameters in the where clause )    the data is not returned..
