Pie Chart causing Index out of range error when uploading to Report Server SSRS 2008

I'm not at all familiar with Pie Charts so I assume I have something wrong with the way I've defined this one. The confusing thing is that the report runs fine in Visual Studio 2008 but fails to Deploy to the Report Server. Looking in the lock it says there's an index out of range, either negative or greater than the collection.

I have a single row aggregated data set with 2 separate columns, New Customers and Returning Customers that are percentages so I want my pie just to show these two amounts. I dragged the 2 columns onto the chart and then set various stuff like the labels and the legend.

The result is that in the Chart Date I have 2 values, one returning customers with Sum(PpnReturningCustomers) and the other new customers with Sum(PpnNewCustomers). In the Category Groups is shows (Details) whatever that is supposed to do.

I have a feeling that I should have something in Series Groups possibly but I can't figure out what that should be.
