Hi I have a dataset with a department value which is a text field ,
in the report I have a parameter setup like this:

in the tablix I have a filter setup like this

what i want is to have the text string join like this "Finanace","IT","Marketing" right now it only works if I select 1 value like this is happening

"Marketing" <------works
2 values selected
"Marketing,IT" <-----doesn't work
3 values
"Marketing,IT,Coporate"<---doesnt work
where I am missing the inner " how do i make them work?
