Textboxes Moving on the Report

I am having a very frustrating problem and am hoping someone can help out.

I setup my report in VS and in the preview it looks 100%.

I then deploy it to the server and then some of the textboxes get moved all the way to the right of the screen. However if I print it it still prints 100%?

Is there a setting or something that will stop this?
This has happened often and with different labels.
