I'm creating a Call Summary report. I was pleasently suprised when I created a calculated field and was able to Subtract the CallStart from the CallEnd (both are full dates, but I'm onloy displaying time portion) and the CallLength field defaulted to an HH:MM:SS format when displayed. However, I also want to get AVG(CallLength) and I have no idea what format this number is in and can't seem to be able to find a way to format it. Can anyone give me heads up on how to format this? [I will also need to format the Sum of 'time to next call'.]
