My report is created in SQL Server ReportinG Services 2008R2.
It consists of a group header that contains aggregated information, and a detail area that can span multiple pages.
When I preview my report everything appears correctly.
When I view it in page layout, the page numbering becomes inaccurate. The page breaks and groupings are correct.
It seems that when the details expand to more than a page, the page numberingfails. For example: Page one shows page 1 of 3 in the report header. pages two and three correctly display (Page 2 of 3) and (Page 3 of 3). When the next group begins, Instead of reverting to page 1 of 2, I see page 4 of 2. The next page follows with page 5 of 2.
The following group is correct, starting with page 1. This is happening every time the details go over a page in length.
This behaviour continues in the PDF. Other than just being wrong, this is causing me issues with toggled header items (Images and Company information) which has visibility based on the page numbering.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to resolve this?
Tjanks!
