Unhandled exception in 2005 Reporting Services on export

Getting the following error below when trying to EXPORT the report either in Excel or pdf.  Report displays and runs fine in browser.  Report exports fine BIDS.

I've tried setting the report to not timeout and it still errors as below in the same timeframe.  I've tried in IE 9 & 10 and Chrome, same result.

Thanks for any insight you may provide.
