Visual Interaction in SSRS

Is there any visualization interaction control functionality in SSRS report likePower BI(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-reports-visual-interactions) orGoogle chart( https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/piechart )

Something like when we hover the particular area that area should highlight?

Also, Can we modify the shape of tool-tip in SSRS like below highlighted attached image?
