Unable to send Email from SSRS subscription

Hi,

We have a new server for SSRS. We have configured subscription to send mail (SMTP). However we are not getting mail. We are getting below error in the log file.

ERROR: Error sending email. Exception: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Command parameter not implemented. The server response was: 5.5.2 <server>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname

I tested the SMTP connection and it was successful. Mail was sent successfully from CMD.

Please let me know for any help/pointers to debug this issue.
