MS SQL 2012 with SharePoint 2010 - SSAS - PowerView Report Error

Dear Folks,

I am trying to create PowerView report in our environment by using Multidimensional Data model .. Shared Data Source definition is fine and tested (Microsoft BISM for Power View is being used) .. but I get following error whenever i try to create PowerView report:

An error occurred while loading the model for the item or data source 'http://server/AnalyticsReports/MDXCube.rsds'. Verify that the connection information is correct and that you have permissions to access the data source.

Guys, do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?

One more thing i want to mention here that I restored the cubes db from MS SQL 2008 to MS SQL 2012.
