Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed

I got the following message when I try to access SSRS using internet explorer 10.

It was working when I use internet Explorer 10 and I get Windows update and get internet Explorer then I got following error message.

Please help to see where I need look for this issue.
