Default Zoom = Page Width

Why the heck is there not a report property that lets you set the default zoom selection to Page Width?

First let me explain my goal 

I would like to set the default zoom level to “Page Width” for my SSRS report that I built in Report Builder 3.0

What I have tried

1. I have tried looking for a report level property that I can set to page width
2. I have tried passing a “&zoom=Page+Width” command in URL (nothing happens, the report still opens 100% zoom)

My questions

1. If you had a SSRS report that was going to be displayed on multiple monitors of different sizes on big screens etc, how would you make it so that the report filled the page?
2. Do either of you happen to know if it is possible to pass zoom parameter to the report in the URL?
3. Am I missing some simple property setting or is there custom code that I can use at the report level?
