Migrating from Native to Sharepoint

We currently are running SSRS 2008 R2 in Native mode and would like to migrate to Sharepoint Integration.  I know there is a migration tool and it looks like this will do the the job.  Based on what I read it looks like the steps would be:

1.  Run the migration tool and store the information on disk.

2.  Change the RS server database to use Sharepoint integration mode.

3.  Run the powershell script and this will move the data into the new integration mode database.

4.  Perform the necessary steps in Sharepoint.

Please advise if this approach would work.
