Hi All,
We have a application which uses SQL database services and reporting as well on that server which is a stand alone server with SQL server 2012.
We have planned to deploy the same application on another server and planning to host the SQL database and reporting on the above mentioned server itself. (2 application servers will use 1 SQL server)
The application analyses databases engine and creates an alternate database on that SQL server as a database with the same name exists which is not a problem,
We also need to host the reporting services on that same server as well. But reporting is already being used by the 1st application.
Is there any way i can create another SQL server instance on the same server and host 2 reporting services so both my applications can have their own databases and mainly their own Reporting services with both working at the same time in SQL server 2012 ?
