How to link published SSRS reports onto a company wide reports portal

I am new to SQL Server Reporting Services. I have been a SQL Server DBA for over 10 years, due to budget cuts in the company we all have to expand our roles. Having said that, I have been able to develop several SSRS reports and publish them.
The users currently open IE with Run as Administrator option - (otherwise it does not work), this is my first issue.

If the users try to just open the reports they get this error:

The permissions granted to user 'Admin-PC\Admin' are insufficient for performing this operation

If I click Get Online help I get to a page that says no additional information is available - so I am stuck

I would ask the users to run IE (with Run as Administrator) option and that used to work.

Now however, company has built a single portal where all reports can be accessed. The vendor who is contracted to build the portal is going to take care of security issues.

However, I need to provide URL for this single reporting portal.  My question is if I simply provide this URL for example:

http://AccountsPayables_Server/ReportServer_SQLAccounts

and users click on the single portal - they would not be using Run as Administrator option and hence they would not be able to see reports.

Is there a way to fix this. Please advise

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thank you

Best regards,
Raghu
