Upgrade 2016RC3 to RTM, Broke RS Web Portal URL (HTTPS) binding?

Prior to the RC3 to RTM upgrade my RS Web Portal URL was working and binded to a Wildcard certificate on 443.

After the upgrade the only URL binding is "https//+:443/Reports and I cannot remove it.  There are two certs on the servers, one is the wildcard the other subject is the FQDN. I can add a binding to the FQDN based certificate which still does not allow the site to work.  I get this message when trying to access https://etgctsql-as.edgetg.com

The service is not available.

The report server isn’t configured properly. Contact your system administrator to resolve the issue. System administrators: The report server Web Portal URLs and Web Service URLs don’t match. Use Reporting Services Configuration Manager to configure the URLs and ensure they match.

What I need is to bind the FQDN nbame to the wildcard cert on port 443.

Any assistance is appreciated!
