Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll: The mystery of the missing DLL?

Hey guys,

So I have a question.  Where does the Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll reside?  I know that you are supposed to install the Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable and you don't have to worry about this dll.  Once you do install it the files that are located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\ReportViewer do not contain this elusive dll.  So my issue is that the clients aren't able to install the Redistributable on their boxes.  So we have to deliver the ReportViewer dlls with the application.  Is there any way I can get or find the Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll ?
