I have a matrix as shown below:

| Dept1 | 59.00 | 62.00 | 60.50 |
| Dept2 | 21.00 | 21.00 | 21.00 |
| Total | 80.00 | 83.00 | 81.50 |
I am having trouble figuring out how to ADD the "Average" column to get the 81.50 (red). I tried SUM(AVG(Fields!....)) but it didn't work.
Any help is appreacited!
